It seems to me that a 5-out-of-5 star rating would be assigned only to agents who are completely knowledgeable about real estate legal requirements, who know the local characteristics of neighborhoods, who are brilliant about realistic pricing, and who are also consistently helpful and positive. If these characteristics define a 5-star agent, Diana Burgon gets 6 or more stars. Diana’s helpful inventiveness in quickly dealing with the inevitable problems that arise in the buy/selling process is so very practical and at the same time, is completely compassionate. She really gets it that a seller is leaving a home rather than a house, and a buyer wants a home, rather than a house. Diana is extraordinary, and anyone who is lucky enough to have her as agent will never be able to thank her sufficiently.

Diana and her partner Sally are a terrific team that I have worked with quite often and I highly recommend them if you are buying or selling in Whatcom and Skagit Counties.

I interviewed Realtors and chose Sally and Diana because they were a great team and I felt like I could trust and communicate with them. I had met Sally years ago when Matthew was looking for houses. I respected that she showed us dozens of homes and there was no high pressure and she never made a dime back then (and was still pleasant and great to work with)! They are honest, and good people.
They always gave us their honest opinion and then would say “it’s your call,, we work for you”!!
I recommend them to anyone looking for a enjoyable realtor experience.

Sally helped us get our dream house in a very competitive market. She listened to what we were looking for and as soon as the house was listed she called us immediately.. She was on top of it enough to make our offer the first offer and advised us SPOT ON as to what to come in at price wise. She paid attention to all the details of the purchase and was very professional, kind and organized. Wouldn’t use anyone else. I highly recommend Sally Farrell!
